Sébastien Hamel

Sébastien is an expert with over 30 years of experience in international cooperation. He was responsible for the programs division at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM), overseeing a department of over 200 employees in Canada and abroad. Sébastien has extensive experience designing and managing international projects in diverse regions, including Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia. His expertise covers organizational strengthening, climate change mitigation and adaptation, decentralization, local and regional economic development, and urban resilience.
