Pascal Lépine is a social entrepreneur and communication expert. He is the founder of Atypic, a leading consulting firm in strategy, management, communication and financing. Pascal is committed to sharing his expertise and experiences nationally and globally with speaking engagements in over 15 countries.
As an expert for the Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) initiative, Pascal is working in collaboration with Centre de Recherches, d’Études, de Documentation et d’Information sur la Femme (CREDIF) of Tunisia’s Ministry of Family, Women, Children and the Elderly (MAFFPA). The project supports CREDIF’s capacity to advance gender equality and human rights. Pascal’s work includes developing and revising laws, policies, and multi-sectoral coordination mechanisms responsible for violence prevention. He will also support the design and implementation of public awareness campaigns against sexual and gender-based violence.
Passionate about social entrepreneurship, Pascal founded Atypic at the age of 22. Since its inception, the company has received many accolades, including being named one of Canada’s prestigious Top 20 fastest-growing companies by L’Actualité magazine. Today, the Montreal-based, B-Corp-certified company has clients in Canada and internationally.
Pascal holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Studies from the Université de Montréal and an Executive MBA from McGill, HEC Montréal. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Administrators of Québec.
