Khaddouj Benkhadra has over 19 years of expertise in digital transformation and knowledge management. Her extensive experience has enabled her to guide numerous companies, both in the public and private sectors, through their digital transformation journeys and knowledge management initiatives.
As an expert at the Technical Assistance Partnership – Expert Deployment Mechanism (TAP-EDM) initiative, Khaddouj collaborates closely with the Government of Morocco and the National Agency to develop Oasis Areas and the Argan Tree (ANDZOA) through its National Argan Tree Centre (NATC) to support the safeguarding and promoting of the rich heritage and expertise of the women of the Arganeraie Biosphere Reserve (ABR) in Morocco. The work focuses on implementing a comprehensive knowledge management system for professionals, scientific researchers, and the public by promoting and leveraging a wide range of data and information encompassing scientific, technical, social, economic, and ecological aspects, stakeholder engagement, and design and development of the knowledge management system.
Khaddouj’s passion lies in witnessing how technology can transform lives and organizations. She sees knowledge management as the key to unlocking the latent potential within every organization, fostering improved sharing, learning, and collaboration. Khaddouj embarked on her professional journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, starting her career in investment consulting.
