Law Enforcement Expert

Jordan Whitesell is an accomplished executive leader with three decades of strategic, operational leadership, change management, and community-focused policing experience. With a distinguished career in law enforcement, he has held roles as Commander of the Technical Support Section and Officer in Charge of the Counter Exploitation and Missing Persons Section.

As an expert for the Technical Assistance Partnership-Expert Deployment Mechanism (TAP-EDM) initiative, Jordan is collaborating with Argentina’s Ministry of Security Cybercrime Investigations Directorate to strengthen the country’s capacity to investigate cybercrime, particularly in areas where women and girls are most vulnerable. The initiative aims to generate better inclusion of a gender perspective in the work of law enforcement officials in cybercrime as part of the Strengthening Cybersecurity and Cybercrime Investigation (ForCIC) program.

A strong advocate for inclusion and human rights, Jordan has been recognized with multiple accolades, including the Police Exemplary Service Medal. He continues to enhance public safety through innovative, results-driven leadership, collaboration, and community well-being.

Currently, Jordan is spearheading the functional design of a bureau within a major police agency. This bureau is dedicated to innovation, planning, research, analytics, and strategy management, where he applies his expertise in integrating advanced technologies and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.
