Since joining Public Safety Canada in 2007, David Larkin has held various program and policy positions related to emergency management. In addition to these roles, David was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellow at Leeds University Business School, where, as part of an interdisciplinary research team, he explored how organizations navigate the political, economic and ethical opportunities and challenges of disruptive innovation. David holds a PhD in Management, a Master’s degree in International Development, Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility.
