Adrien Lambert is a physical geography and climate change expert with over 20 years of experience in international academic research. As an oceanographer, he ensures that organizations and industries understand the necessity to adapt to climate change. Adrien develops various projects where his extensive experience in climate change is essential to define the vulnerability of critical sectors such as local communities, infrastructures, and energy managers.
As an expert for the Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) initiative, Adrien and another Canadian expert Magali Troin are working in collaboration with the Government of Morocco’s Climate Change Competence Centre (4C). Their work entails training young African leaders in negotiation and advocacy for climate action.
Originally from Quebec and based in Toulon, France, Adrien understands the risks and the need to adapt to climate change. Today, as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hydroclimat, he aims to bring cutting-edge innovative solutions to the climate resilience market in close collaboration with Resallience by Sixense. He was a consultant to Quebec Ministries in the sectors of security, transport, and environment for the issues of adaptation to climate change. Adrien has a Ph.D. in Environmental Geosciences from the Aix-Marseille University in France.
