She has nearly a decade of experience in criminal intelligence analysis and specializes in organized crime, gangs, drugs, and corruption investigations. Shanae has expertise in creating innovative training programs, enhancing intelligence workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
As an expert for the Technical Assistance Partnership-Expert Deployment Mechanism (TAP-EDM) initiative, Shanae is collaborating with the Ministry of the Interior in Paraguay to provide technical assistance to enhance the Ministry’s criminal intelligence team’s capabilities. She will review key documentation on investigation techniques to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. The initiative also aims to strengthen the team’s ability to produce intelligence reports and strategic recommendations to reduce crime.
