The Technical Assistance Partnership—Expert Deployment Mechanism (TAP-EDM) is collaborating with Colombia’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism and INNpulsa, the National Government’s entrepreneurship and innovation agency, to strengthen INNpulsa’s institutional capacity. The focus is to measure and monitor key indicators of its circular economy and environmental entrepreneurship programs and generate data to improve its inclusive green growth programs and policies, including indicators of gender equality and social inclusion.
By enabling INNpulsa to base its decisions on solid and objective data, the initiative will enhance the effectiveness of its programs and the success of its policies. It will allow them to adopt informed measures and adjustments, leading to a more impactful and inclusive approach.
The Canadian experts working on the project will review and revise their key entrepreneurship monitor and evaluation program indicators and tools, design a performance monitoring framework, assess and reinforce INNpulsa staff capacity, establish continuous monitoring processes, implement an automated platform, and conduct a pilot test to refine the proposed system.
