Global Affairs Canada’s Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) Expert Deployment Mechanism (EDM), implemented by Alinea International, brings leaders from a diversity of sectors, backgrounds, genders, cultural identities and regions across Canada to share their expertise with partner countries around the world.

TAP is designed to support poverty reduction in countries around the world according to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Through this government of Canada’s approach to official development assistance, Canadian leaders from a diversity of sectors and backgrounds share their expertise around the world in a gender-responsive and inclusive way, promoting social, political and economic opportunities with country partners.
